Welcome to IPTV Smarter Player Pro ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by LICENSEKEYZONE LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data processed when you use our mobile and TV application.

This Privacy Policy explains how our application functions regarding data collection, cloud synchronization, local storage, analytics, and user privacy rights under applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. No Content Policy & Cloud Data Storage

IPTV Smarter Player Pro operates strictly as a neutral multimedia player software application. We do not provide, host, sell, or distribute any media content, TV streams, or playlists.

3. Information We Collect & Store

To provide high-performance video streaming, device authentication, and user preference synchronization, IPTV Smarter Player Pro processes and stores the following information:

• Unique Device Identifier (UUID): We generate and store a persistent, unique hardware/client UUID on your device. This identifier is sent to our REST API backend service to verify your device session, manage trial eligibility, and synchronize subscription state.
• User Playlists & Login Credentials: Your added playlist URLs (M3U / M3U8), Xtream Codes server host address, username, and password credentials are securely uploaded and stored in our cloud storage so you can easily access them and restore them if you reinstall or reset the app. They are also cached locally for faster access.
• Favorites: Your bookmarked favorite channels, movies, and series are stored in our cloud storage linked to your session UUID to make sure your custom selections are remembered if you reset or delete the app.
• Watch History & Settings: Playback history, theme choices, and video player configurations are saved locally on your personal device.
• In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: Subscription transactions are processed directly and securely by Apple Inc. (App Store StoreKit). We store your subscription status and expiration timestamp linked to your session UUID. We never store credit cards or financial data.

4. Subscription & Payment Data

All financial payments for Premium / Pro access are handled directly and securely by Apple Inc.

Apple manages your billing data in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We only receive cryptographically signed transaction tokens from Apple StoreKit confirming whether your subscription is active, which is linked to your session UUID.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption and security controls to protect stored data. Credentials (such as Xtream login tokens) are protected using operating system sandboxing and secure local storage.

6. Account Deletion & Right to Erasure (Cloud & Local Data)

Under GDPR and App Store Guidelines, you have the full right to delete your data at any time:

• In-App Account & Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly inside the application by navigating to Profile Settings > Delete Account.
• Cloud Data Purge: Tapping Delete Account sends an immediate deletion request (DELETE /api/users/profile) to our REST API server, permanently and irreversibly wiping your user record, UUID session, and all your stored playlists, credentials, and favorite items from our cloud storage databases.
• Local Data Wipe: The deletion process simultaneously clears all local device storage, deleting all locally saved playlists, Xtream credentials, favorites, watch history, settings, and cached client UUID from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
